No Engagement Until We Agree in Writing

Investigations depend on facts, records, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result, finding, recovery of funds, or outcome in any legal proceeding, and whether evidence is admissible is decided by the court. Testimonials and examples on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
Licensing and Where We Work
Redbeard is licensed by the State of Florida (Agency License A 1900112). Some of our work, such as open-source research, cyber investigations, and digital forensics, can be performed remotely for clients in other locations. When a matter requires licensed investigative work in another state or country, that work is performed by, or coordinated with, appropriately licensed local investigators where the law requires it. Our investigative reports are not consumer reports and may not be used to decide a person’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or a license.
Lawful Use Only
We perform investigations only for lawful purposes and only by lawful means. We decline any request that would involve stalking or harassment, unauthorized access to accounts or devices, unlawful interception of communications, placing tracking devices or software without legal authority, pretexting to obtain protected financial or telephone records, or any other unlawful activity. When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or to request unlawful services;
- submit false information or impersonate any person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other people’s information, or interfere with its security or operation;
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or overload the site, or upload malicious code; or
- use content from the site in a way that infringes our rights or misrepresents your relationship with Redbeard.

If you give us your phone number and agree to be called, we may contact you about your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to automated calls is optional and is never a condition of purchasing services. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Based on the specific requirements of your case, we will then provide a transparent price quote and/or invoice for the cost of the services needed.
